No one is saying people are cutting the line. Most of us are saying USCIS is not processing cases on FIFO. Either you don't know the fact that USCIS approves cases in whatever order they are doing now or you are just pretending to be ignorant of the fact.
I don't know for whatever reason you don't see the fact what people are talking about here, but I don't blame you. If what people want here doesn't suit our case we may not like it. But please, just trying to beat around the bush is not going to help anyone here for that matter not just me alone.
You suggestion of sending flowers seems like that is the only solution to all the problems. I would say the reversal of the July 2 visa bulletine didn't just happen because of the flowers the members sent, the law suit AILA wanted to file against USCIS was one of the major reason apart from the California's Lawmakers letter. So please don't try to cut peoples idea by trying to belittle them, if you don't agree with them it is ok, if everyone agreed on the same thing life will be so dull.

With or without retrogression someone might get an RFE, get stuck in namecheck etc. Ending retrogression provides earlier PDs better chances of getting GC faster (if dates are 'C' you get it the month you clear RFE, Name check etc.)

Instead you guys can get together and start sending flowers to USCIS director requesting him to publish the complete list of GC applications approved every year. It's the first step in enforcing FIFO. Right now there is no such list and no way of knowing who got their GC out of turn. And while you guys are at it also send some flowers to FBI to clear Namechecks FIFO, to DOL to approve PERM petitions FIFO etc.
Go spend those $50 at Flowers.com folks. Start writing to Senators, collect money, do the lobbying etc. Who's stopping you?
Or do you want logiclife, pappu and rest of the IV core to do it PRO BONO for you?

For your Information India's GDP is 3 trillion USD compare to Mexico 1 trillion USD. Taking into account GDP of EU India ranks 5th in GDP higher than any indivisual European nation where as Mexico ranks 13th. This is as per CIA worldfactbook. So where did you get the number

Without the PPT adjustment, India's GDP is equal to Mexico's, even though India has 11 times the population of Mexico. The reason India comes in 4th with the PPP adjustment in the world is because the ruppee is undervalued and Indians have a purchasing power that is 4 times smaller than Mexicans. So, to humor you and use your method of calculation, the Per Capita GDP (PPP) Of India is $3,344 in 2006 and Mexico's is $12,886. "Where are all the Mexican doctores, computer scientists, economists and professors?" you ask. The answer is: They are IN MEXICO making huge salaries, when the Indian ones have to come here because their salaries in India don't give them enough money to eat. Why aren't all the construction workers and lawn workers in the U.S. Indian? Because they cannot affor the airfare. The Mexicans just walk accross the border. Any you know what? All those Indian Professors at Harvard etc are teaching class to all those rich Mexican kids. Get your facts straight before you confront me and make fun of my MBA (which I got in the U.S. incidentally, not Mexico, but if I had wanted I could have gotten a top 20 MBA back home). I think your idea is good. But this could be very difficult to implement, at least for USCIS.
Another suggestion is that porting should be automatic. As soon as a person acquires the required qualification for EB2 + a letter from the company that the person's future job will be of EB2 caliber, UCSIS should put him/her in EB2 category. This is some thing we should work on.
So what happens to existing EB2 per your logic. Should their priority dates will also change based on the date when they became eligible. say someone with 15 years of experience with bachelors degree comes to US and files on EB2..so his date will be pushed to priority date of 10 years from now when he became eligible for EB2.
What happens when I port from EB3 to EB2 with Masters in year 2002. should my priority date would be moved from 2006 to 2002.
This logic is not implementable or priority dates should go in one direction (up) only, the one that suits your requirements. LOL..

It is possible that check depositing staff also has there own back log. Once, application and checks are accepted, EAD can be issued, but check depositing staff may be slow in their work.

Where the hell all these guys when EB3 is getting 80K to 100K of total 140K visas all these years and EB2 is getting just merely 10%-15%. Nobody from EB2 didn't felt jealous like this before. It is hard to digest for them now.

Its the DOL's mistake for the delay of labor approvals ,hence the visa wastage.Otherwise this backlog for EB3 I woudnt have been there in the first place.
The two years standard gap would have been maintained there for EB3 I and EB2 I as usual.
When there is no movement ,this will be the reaction for the EB3 I people.
When you are eager for yr Gc ,the same rule applies for everone.
There is a big block EB3 row in between -so dont say all the visas were taken by Eb3 I only.
Did you know the visa flow earlier?
I never knew.People learn by experience.
These frustrations are not jealousy...Eb3 I is suffering and waiting for a solution.

when you are able to view the back side of the checks, could you please let us know if they have SRC or LIN for the receipt numbers? That would help lots of users here answer their question about what service center is processing transfer cases...

I sent an email saying that - for Employment Based immigrations the employers are not willing to given the required document like employment letter, as they fear the employee may leave using AC21 after 6 months. This puts the applicant helpless after waiting for so may years and when the dates are current. Can USCIS do something about this? The only thing what most applicants have paystubs to prove the continuous employment.
It will make a different if USCIS receives emails like this... in thousands?
Please note that it is employer's choice to continue GC processing or not. By not giving future open job offer letter, they may not be doing anything legally wrong. It is employer's choice to continue with GC or not. remember, Employer can cancel or revoke I-140 ANYTIME until I-485 is approved.
Employee is just a beneficiary and can not claim right to file I-485 just because I-140 is approved or pending.
Just my 2 cents.

My employer filed my wife's and my EAD paper based application on Jul 25, 2008 (TSC Received Date). But I still haven't received the Receipt notices for the same.

Finally we have decided to go back to India for good. I filed my EB3 in May 2003. Its going to be another 4 years to get the green card. When I went to India for vacation last December, we liked it over there & the economy is booming. There are all sorts of discussion regarding the Economic Gap/Politics/Corruption/Cleanliness. But we like it over there. Finally I will have an option to do something interesting. In US I was very much dependent on my monthly pay check and afraid to take even the slightest risk. I am also scared to use the AC21(Hey, thats the way I am). I am working with the same company for last 10 years, kinda stagnant in the last 4 years. In India, there are lots of choices, either to work for a sw company or start some business on my own. I think I will take the business route.
May be I can go there, earn well, send my son to US for college, do green card through him & come retire in US!!!
